Renters Insurance Rates Will Renters Insurance (for A House) Generally Cover Damages From A Backed Up Sewer Drain?

Will renters insurance (for a house) generally cover damages from a backed up sewer drain? - renters insurance rates

Apparently, the roots of the trees in the lines and have caused leakage of backup and basement. We have over 50 boxes of water and "more" damage. Farmers Insurance wants to tell me that my politics have for the first time without a complaint to be covered. However, if you file a claim and find out what is not covered will remain my file and it is negative if we bought a house and can always keep a decent ins. Rate. Thanks
