Go cleaned with soap and water. It is likely that the allergy. Go see a doctor. Seriously.
You can check with a doctor to see and make sure it's nothing serious, but if I were you, I wash my hands and put alcohol into every shot and try to extract all the bumps and gently press down in Neosporin and around the bridge and bandages.
